To provide support and education after a sleep apnea diagnosis, patients are invited to attend our “Pajama Party.” This Support Group meets quarterly at the Martha Jefferson Outpatient Care Center and includes a presentation by a guest speaker as well as time for group discussion. Speakers in the past have included physicians, wellness instructors and CPAP manufacturers.
