Located downtown at the Jefferson School City Center, Martha Jefferson Starr Hill Health Center provides services free of charge to qualifying children and their families working to address childhood obesity. Additionally, the center provides medication reviews, CPR training, and educational sessions to help meet health care needs in the community.
Located in Northern Albemarle County, Outpatient Care Center at Proffit Road provides a freestanding emergency department, imaging and lab services, and a primary care practice, all conveniently located to those who live or work in Northern Albemarle County, Madison County or Greene County.
Many of our community education classes (including childbirth classes and diabetes education classes), our dietitians and our medical records group are located at the Martha Jefferson Offices on the corner of State Farm Blvd and Martha Jefferson Drive.
Located in the Zions Crossroads area, Health Services at Spring Creek provides healthcare services convenient for those who live or work in Louisa County, Palmyra County or Fluvanna County.
