Jenn Downs is the first point of contact and is responsible for all media requests at Martha Jefferson Hospital. She has worked in the communications field for the past five years.
Jenn's background and education are in the broadcast news industry. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in politics and media studies. Jenn has both reported and produced news segments for WVIR-TV, NBC29 in Charlottesville, VA.

Diane DiCarlo is the Marketing Specialist for Martha Jefferson Hospital. She is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing plans for the hospital and its service lines.
Diane has more than 15 years of experience in the communications and marketing fields. She received her MBA from the University of California, Davis, and completed her undergraduate studies at University of Virginia with degrees in English and sociology. Prior to joining Martha Jefferson Hospital, Diane was a Marketing Communications Supervisor at Vision Service Plan (VSP) in Sacramento, California. Previously, she worked as an editor for a variety of national magazines.

Michael Cordell oversees Martha Jefferson's Marketing and Communication department. He has a bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's Degree is Hospital Administration. He worked in radio for three years before starting his career in healthcare, where he has worked for 27 years.
